Payment options & terms
Pay by credit card with a 3% processing fee, or by Zelle / ACH bank transfer with no processing fee once our business banking is live.

Zelle / ACH — no fee
Direct bank transfers are being set up. Once our business account is live, you'll be able to pay by Zelle or ACH with no processing fee — we'll share the details on your invoices.
Credit card — 3% fee
Pay with the secure card link on your invoice. A 3% processing fee is added to credit card payments. No fee is added to debit cards.
Terms
- Plan prices are quoted per project. Monthly plans are billed in advance. Payment is due on receipt.
- Texas sales tax (8.25% Austin rate) applies to 80% of hosting and support charges, as Texas law requires.
- Custom builds are quoted separately with their own invoice.
